UX Evaluation And Testing
We believe that end-users and project stakeholders are our greatest source of learning, the reason why we are always on our toes to grab any opportunity to test, validate and improve with them. Not only that we employ standard methods and tools for solution testing, but we also invent novel methods when convention does not fit the context.
The road towards revamping or in some cases reinventing solutions starts with evaluating existing solutions through the lens of contextually-aware design heuristics, through the lens of cognitive psychology. Not all standard heuristics and principles apply in all cases. Quite often, new heuristics need to be created if the supporting studies did not factor in the given context in the first place. Throughout the years, we have acquired enough understanding about people to be able to evaluate design solutions and fix the fundamentals in constituents that make an experience a good experience
